Team Overview
The Global Distribution Technology team is a dynamic and knowledgeable group responsible for daily support functions and continuous improvement initiatives across our distribution systems. This role involves working closely with the Warehouse Management System that orchestrates user activities and hardware automation within our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution discussions and system configurations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of processes, data, and system flows to inform design decisions.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and clarity in complex scenarios, utilizing systems-thinking to communicate effectively across various organizational groups.
- Provide technical oversight and guide teams in resolving intricate technical challenges.
- Support moderately to highly complex business processes and champion best practices regarding data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate as a team member, occasionally taking on a technical lead or business analyst role.
- Address production issues related to application functionality and integrations post-launch, ensuring technical ownership to drive resolutions.
- Share best practices within distribution center technology and provide cross-functional support for complex technical problems.
- Capture high-level functional requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable technical specifications.
- Partner with team members to share knowledge, documentation, and align on new solutions, while coordinating with engineering teams to develop cost-effective solutions for high-impact projects.

Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in information technology, with substantial expertise in Manhattan warehouse management systems, particularly WMOS and Manhattan Active WM.
- Familiarity with distribution center automation technologies, including warehouse control systems (WCS), material handling equipment (MHE), Putwalls, and Autobaggers.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.
- Strong team management capabilities, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A creative problem solver with the ability to assess and enhance products and processes independently, while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits
Lululemon's compensation structure is based on a pay-for-performance philosophy that acknowledges outstanding individual and team contributions. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 to $170,200 annually, with base pay determined by market location and varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may also be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to eligibility requirements.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy, requiring in-person collaboration while allowing for remote work capabilities. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
