Team Insight:
The Global Distribution Technology team is a highly skilled group responsible for daily support and continuous improvement initiatives across our distribution systems. This position plays a crucial role in managing the Warehouse Management System that governs user activities and hardware automation within our warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional solution discussions and system configurations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of processes, data, and system flows.
- Exhibit strong ownership, driving clarity in complex scenarios and providing technical guidance to resolve significant technical challenges.
- Champion best practices surrounding data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address intricate technical issues and share best practices.
- Capture high-level functional requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to devise cost-effective solutions for high-impact projects.

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in information technology, with a solid background in Manhattan warehouse management systems, specifically WMOS and Manhattan Active WM.
- Familiarity with distribution center automation technologies, including warehouse control systems (WCS) and material handling equipment (MHE).
- Advanced SQL proficiency and a deep understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving under pressure during critical production challenges.
