About the Role:

The Global Distribution Technology teams are pivotal in unlocking business potential alongside our Global Fulfillment and Supply Chain partners. By supporting both vendor and proprietary systems, we provide innovative solutions that streamline the product lifecycle from manufacturers to distribution centers and ultimately to our customers.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Architect II to lead systems architecture within the Global Distribution Team. This role is integral to delivering a multi-year transformation initiative that aligns with the company's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the architectural vision and engineering standards for platforms across Global Distribution Technology.
  • Mentor junior architects and engineers, breaking down projects into manageable tasks while overseeing their execution.
  • Collaborate with domain architects and software development teams to guide the implementation of solutions and educate on technical aspects.
  • Explore new technologies to enhance future state architecture in collaboration with domain architects.

  • Contribute to strategic initiative planning and mentor teams on adopting innovative technologies.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in design, coding, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications is required, along with at least 5 years in architecting retail or supply chain applications.

Experience in developing end-to-end full-stack applications, integrating SaaS and PaaS systems, and creating technology roadmaps is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record in delivering API integration projects and familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure) and microservices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization are crucial. A background in agile methodologies is highly valued.

Core Competencies:
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to continuous innovation.
  • Communicates with integrity and fosters an environment of trust.
  • Leads with courage, embracing the potential for greatness.
  • Prioritizes connection and relationship-building within teams.
  • Integrates joy and positivity into the workplace culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

At lululemon, we recognize exceptional performance through a competitive compensation package. The typical salary range for this position is between $164,000 and $225,500 annually, based on market location and individual qualifications.

Permanent employees may also be eligible for our annual bonus program, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement plan matching, and employee discounts.

We are committed to investing in our people and providing opportunities for career development, wellness, and personal growth.

Workplace Arrangement:

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy, requiring in-person collaboration at least three days per week.
