Team Dynamics:
The Global Distribution Technology team is a dedicated and skilled group responsible for daily operational support and ongoing enhancement initiatives within Distribution systems. This team plays a crucial role in the management of the Warehouse Management System, which orchestrates user activities and hardware automation in our warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional solution discussions and system configurations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of processes, data, and system flows.
- Take ownership of complex and ambiguous scenarios, providing clarity and direction.
- Offer technical guidance to teams in resolving intricate technical challenges.
- Champion best practices concerning data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and systems teams to devise cost-effective solutions for high-impact projects.
- Support one or more complex business processes and address production issues related to application functionality and integrations post-launch.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, with substantial expertise in Manhattan warehouse management systems, particularly WMOS and Manhattan Active WM.
- Familiarity with distribution center automation technologies, including warehouse control systems (WCS) and material handling equipment (MHE).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective team management capabilities.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience in supply chain management is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
Lululemon offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes exceptional performance. The typical salary range for this position is between $136,200 and $170,200 annually, with variations based on location and individual qualifications. Permanent employees may also qualify for an annual bonus program and various benefits, including health and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement plan matching, and employee discounts.
Workplace Arrangement:
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-person collaboration at least three days a week while allowing for remote work flexibility.
