Position: Client Relationship Executive

We are in search of a Client Relationship Executive who can deeply engage with clients to understand their business, products, services, industry, and competitive landscape. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, acting as a bridge between them and our internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly. Your responsibility will be to deliver a high-value experience to clients through effective communication and project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of their requirements. Transform client needs into actionable strategies, providing prompt responses and outlining subsequent steps clearly.

Project Coordination: Take charge of project workflows, diligently creating and managing timelines to achieve project goals. Utilize project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and uphold deadlines. Maintain a results-oriented mindset, ensuring accountability among team members for meeting project targets.

Communication Excellence:
Exhibit outstanding communication abilities, promoting collaboration among internal and external teams, whether local or global. Ensure that communication channels are clear and concise, facilitating seamless information exchange across teams.

Proposals and Estimates:
Draft initial estimates and proposals, prioritizing transparency regarding project scope, costs, and expectations. Collaborate with colleagues to refine proposals, aligning them with client objectives.

Team Collaboration:
Partner with global teams and talent to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client goals. Encourage a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing, contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Detail Orientation:
Act as the final reviewer for all materials, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Guarantee that all client interactions and project outputs adhere to the agency's rigorous standards.

Creative Problem Solving:
Demonstrate innovative and solution-focused problem-solving capabilities, addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions. Navigate a dynamic environment with agility, ensuring projects remain on track and objectives are achieved.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an agency setting, with a history of successful project execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana; familiarity with HubSpot and NetSuite is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed timelines, manage tasks efficiently, and coordinate both internal and external reviews.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
