Position Overview

Under the guidance of the Manager, this role is dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences by actively engaging clients with superior service. The aim is to ensure that clients are well-informed about how digital and mobile banking solutions can facilitate their transactions swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce and promote financial products and services tailored to meet clients' immediate and future needs, utilizing profiling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Execute a variety of financial transactions for clients, maintain accurate cash balances, and support vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car operations.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Bank policies, including but not limited to:
    • Fair Banking
    • Anti-Money Laundering regulations
    • Bank Secrecy Act
    • USA PATRIOT Act
