We're seeking a talented and driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to our continued success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, developing innovative marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

Overview

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing operations, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in raising brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Create and execute engaging brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the HVAC or home services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
