About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Experiential Director to join our team at Octagon Internal. As a key member of our experiential marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing world-class event and experiential marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Vice President, Client Services to develop and implement experiential programming for our clients' golf platform.
  • Develop and implement activation recommendations, tactical plans, finance trackers, budgets, and program recaps.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on golf nuances for strategic planning and program development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to execute experiential programs.
  • Lead and manage a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality events.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than 8 hours at a time.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
