Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director for the South Business Center is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development, including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line and ensuring dealer orders meet market demand.
  • Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the territory.
  • Review and analyze dealer financial statements to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Consult with dealers on strategies to enhance their retail operations and improve sales satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines.

  • Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
