Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance our brand awareness, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, retention, and support revenue generation in alignment with our company strategies.
  • Content Creation: Manage the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our organizational values and objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing and communications budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing and communication performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, media relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, experience with evaluating and upgrading communications platforms, websites, and mobile applications, data analytics, surveys, and market research.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a geographically diverse team, experience with developing and marketing an executive-level, luxury brand, video, online broadcast, and graphic design experience, proficiency in web design and development, familiarity with graphic design tools.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, exempt paid position. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
