About the Role

KPMG-UnitedStates is currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our Business Development Organization as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and relationship-building to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior executives at key accounts, understanding their business strategies and priorities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing sales motions to closure and ensuring KPMG-UnitedStates is positioned to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including client engagement and marketing resources, to drive growth and development within assigned accounts.
  • Meet specific business relationship goals and booking targets, reporting progress to national leadership.
  • Assist in proposal development, highlighting KPMG-UnitedStates' value proposition and key differentiators.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on sales, enablement, and competitive landscape insights.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten years of experience selling professional services in a complex sales cycle environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, including Big-4 experience.
  • Proven track record of driving professional services sales, relationship-building, and leveraging social media in sales pursuits.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, resulting in business transactions based on trust, confidence, and results.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or ongoing business opportunities, and leveraging Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
