Job Title: Sales Account Manager

KraftPowercon Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Knowledge of AC & DC power conversion systems or Power Supply systems
  • Experience in developing value propositions and consultative selling
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Work Environment:

KraftPowercon Inc is a global company with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be based in our US office in Alpharetta, GA, and will be required to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
