At Applied Information Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Alpharetta, GA office. This role plays a critical part in managing and supporting our regional distribution partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and build strong relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Forecast orders and align delivery expectations with distributor partners.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all received orders and coordinate with the appropriate teams to fulfill them on time.
  • Report and escalate any technical issues or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) needs.
  • Communicate upcoming data plan renewals to distributor representatives in a timely manner.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
