Strategic Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development within glass and aluminum work experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with a drive to succeed to maximize business results.
- Fosters a "whatever it takes" to get the job done attitude.
- Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, time management, and conflict management skills.
