Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Technician to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve technical issues with designated equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Installation and Maintenance: Lead installation activities, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
- Hardware Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of hardware devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers, and be able to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
- Travel and Training: Willing to travel to other sites within a 2-hour driving distance and participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong team and people skills, as well as structured thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
