Job Summary:
Kforce is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset tracking and management using asset tracking applications
- Providing technical support and resolving IT-related tickets and requests
- Maintaining the armory and ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures
- Communicating with the leadership team to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Performing various tasks as instructed by the facility manager and other members of the leadership team
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to use different forms of technology, including WMS, Microsoft Office, and asset tracking applications
- Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties, and to be held accountable for successful completion
- Ability to follow directions, and to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative, and to work with a sense of urgency
