Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and telecommunication systems.
  • Perform equipment exchanges and inventory controls, software installations, and program updates.
  • Train users on supported software and hardware, with a focus on understanding technology from both a user and technical perspective.
  • Assist users in resolving computer-related problems, including inoperative hardware or software.
  • Travel to customer sites using personal vehicle to provide technical support and assist with technology solutions.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • CompTIA+ certification.
  • Proficient/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize daily tasks.
