Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at eTeam Inc. as a Technical Customer Support Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide top-notch technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, resolving hardware and software issues or escalating them to the Tier 2 team.
- Assist inexperienced or non-technical end-users in resolving issues, providing clear and concise instructions and guidance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot browser and networking issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Record and maintain accurate information within our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Interface directly with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and a superior customer experience is provided.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Inbound/outbound technical support center experience preferred.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically, logically, and clearly.
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, with a flexible or rotating schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting production services, including network issues and firewalls.
- Understanding of basic Linux commands.
