Business Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business relationships with healthcare customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Promote and sell healthcare products to small businesses (51+ employees) through brokers, educating and keeping them up-to-date on products and pricing.
- Evaluate and discuss product recommendations with brokers to develop effective marketing strategies.
The Challenge: You'll work with some of our most focused and intense business leaders, navigating ambiguity and building credibility in a complex, matrixed business environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $130,000 annually, with bonuses based on sales performance.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contribution.

Requirements:
- Sales insurance license must be obtained or maintained as required by state law.
- 2+ years of experience in sales in the insurance industry, with a focus on HMO, POS, PPO, and ancillary products.
- Ability to understand underwriting, financial, and analytical details.
