Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with healthcare business customers to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with agents and brokers to promote our healthcare products and services to small business customers.
  • Educate and support brokers in understanding our products and pricing, and develop recommendations for marketing strategies.

This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex business environments. You'll be expected to leverage your knowledge of competitive products and market trends to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Sales insurance license required, with ability to obtain or maintain as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the insurance industry and healthcare products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand underwriting and financial details.
