Job Overview

The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for:
  1. Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals, enhancing profitability and shareholder returns.
  2. Forecasting and Insights: Spearhead the forecasting initiatives, delivering insightful analyses and actionable recommendations to the executive team.
  3. Budget Oversight: Manage the budgeting process and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization across various departments.
  4. Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance and uncover areas for enhancement.
  5. Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure alignment and achieve financial objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader in financial planning and analysis with experience in the consumer goods sector. A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy is essential. The ability to collaborate effectively with non-financial stakeholders, particularly in marketing and sales, is crucial. Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company with direct-to-consumer sales channels is preferred. Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, plus bonus and equity options
  • Flexible work arrangement with three days in the office
