Position Summary
The Eddy Current Testing Analyst is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and analysis of eddy current data from condensers and heat exchangers across various projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of non-destructive testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough data analysis and interpret results from non-ferromagnetic tubing inspections to identify and quantify tube wall degradation.
2. Develop and implement testing techniques and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
3. Designate appropriate testing methods for each project and provide training and certification for junior personnel.
4. Plan and prepare equipment setups to effectively locate and identify defects in systems.
5. Supervise and evaluate the performance of Level II Service Technicians, ensuring quality and accuracy in their work.
6. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, adhering to established practices and guidelines.
7. Ensure all project documentation is accurately prepared and processed according to company procedures.
8. Provide technical expertise and support in resolving project-related issues and inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of employee supervision and training methodologies.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in testing.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment on-site.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited institution, with at least one year of relevant experience in non-destructive testing.
- Alternatively, completion of two years of engineering or science coursework, coupled with two years of applicable experience.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a comparable role may also be acceptable.
- Must possess ASNT Level II or higher credentials in Eddy Current, RFT, NFT, and IRIS, with documented on-the-job training hours.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, kneeling, and working in various environmental conditions.
- Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
