Position Summary
The Eddy Current Testing Analyst is responsible for overseeing and analyzing eddy current data acquired from condensers and heat exchangers across multiple projects. This role requires a keen understanding of nondestructive testing methods and the ability to interpret complex data.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough data analysis and interpret results from non-ferromagnetic tubing inspections to identify and quantify tube wall degradation.
2. Develop and implement testing techniques and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
3. Train and evaluate lower-level personnel, providing guidance on reporting and validating inspection results.
4. Supervise the work of Level II Service Technicians, ensuring quality and accuracy in their assessments.
5. Calibrate test equipment settings based on inspection requirements, following established practices and guidelines.
6. Maintain inventory of equipment, ensuring readiness for operations and performing preventative maintenance as needed.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience in nondestructive testing.
2. Minimum of one year of experience in a role comparable to NDE Level II in applicable test methods.
3. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
This position involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 lbs and requires the ability to work in various physical conditions, including confined spaces and elevated heights. Candidates must be able to travel as needed and undergo periodic drug and background screenings.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in basic hand tools and troubleshooting equipment on-site.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
