Job OverviewWe're seeking results-driven sales professionals to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business and meeting sales quota objectives. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
