Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated sales representative to join our team and drive growth in our Life Science cold chain services. This position will involve working closely with our operational teams to deliver specialized logistics solutions that provide end-to-end visibility for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and logistics, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
Critical Skills:
- Familiarity with life sciences logistics solutions, including cold chain management and regulatory compliance.
- Superior business development experience with demonstrated success in engaging Senior supply chain decision makers.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to establish credibility and build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
- Demonstrated success in closing over $3 Million in new business to support a growing organization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, provide custom solutions and make recommendations that align with client objectives.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite; and pipeline management.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
