We are seeking a seasoned Cold Chain Development Executive to join our team at Langham Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our cold chain services.

About the Role:

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed $3 million in new business revenue within the first 12 months.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze sales metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Bonus Structure: Earn up to 20% of annual salary in bonuses based on individual and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop deep relationships with clients by understanding their specific supply chain and regulatory needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry or life sciences, with a track record of building relationships and achieving sales goals.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $100,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
