As a Sales Professional for Dental Market, you will be responsible for understanding the dental market vernacular and managing multifaceted buying cycles with Henry Schein ONE customers and prospects. You will connect dental practice needs with Henry Schein ONE solutions to create and advance sales cycles. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales cycle from initial interest, demonstration, and value delivery, through closed won incremental bookings to HS1. You will also unearth new sales opportunities by networking with assigned clients through substantial and deliberate outbound communication activities.
You will update and maintain leads and opportunities in the CRM, including sales stage and next assigned task date. You will maintain minimum daily activity with clients and prospects that generates at least 2 sales opportunities per day. You will negotiate multifaceted customer sales agreements and keep records of sales and data within Henry Schein ONE CRM and identified sales tools.
You will forecast monthly and quarterly sales to leadership and develop valuable working relationships with Henry Schein Dental sales representatives to drive incremental business for Henry Schein ONE software solutions. You will work closely with Henry Schein ONE customer success, solutions consultants, services, and support teams to ensure clients receive expected value and utilize their solutions.
You will remain in frequent contact with clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and future where Henry Schein ONE can further help them better care for patients and more profitably run their practice(s). You will respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years proven experience as a Product Sales Specialist or Software Account Executive, selling to new clients, or in other professional technology software sales role or Dental market expertise equivalent
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Versed and practiced negotiation and value-based selling skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Sharp business acumen with ability to execute business level conversations
