  • Engage in continuous professional development by participating in various training programs offered by Vibrant.
  • Enhance customer service expertise by proactively learning additional processes and specific procedures to better assist clients.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of departmental workflows and protocols.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role

Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Property & Casualty insurance license
