Facilities Operations Specialist at Public Storage

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure adherence to departmental protocols.
  • Facilitate weekly discussions with vendors to assess performance and compliance metrics.
  • Onboard and educate contractors on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate tasks with vendors across various trades to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Manage the resolution of permits, violations, and penalties with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
  • Communicate project timelines, delays, and exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support acquisition due diligence and subsequent implementation processes.
  • Conduct monthly accounts receivable reconciliations.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing service programs.
  • Expertise in CMMS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to navigate unexpected challenges.
