Qualifications
- Strong communication, cold calling, organizational, and interpersonal skills required

- Understanding paperwork related to contracts, leases, and agreements with clients

Responsibilities
- Identify new businesses or organizations in need of copiers, document and printing solutions, through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Showcase different copier models and solutions by effectively differentiating CDS from the competition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up on previous inquiries and meetings to move prospects further down the sales funnel
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
