Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Care Navigation Hub, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This position involves a variety of responsibilities centered around delivering exceptional customer service and support within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Interaction:** Handle incoming calls from patients with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
2. **Appointment Management:** Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensuring that patients receive timely access to services.
3. **Insurance Verification:** Conduct thorough verification of insurance eligibility for outpatient services, utilizing automated systems to confirm coverage.
4. **Patient Registration:** Complete the registration process for both new and returning patients, adhering to established protocols to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
5. **Communication:** Relay important medical messages between patients and clinic staff, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a call center or front desk role within a complex healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in customer service, with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Epic Cadence scheduling or similar systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of third-party payors and health plans is essential.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility in working hours and locations based on operational needs. The role is conducted onsite, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
