Job Description

SS&C Technologies is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director of Business Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Provide market insights and industry trends to inform business decisions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services sales, preferably in hedge funds or private markets
  • Strong understanding of fund administration, middle office, and related services
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, high-workload environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 per year, plus uncapped commission
