POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regulatory Specialist in the Quality Department plays a vital role in the accreditation program. This position is responsible for managing the accreditation report reviews, coordinating site visits, and maintaining essential accreditation program documentation. The specialist will also monitor and track issues to support program improvement initiatives and enhance professional education opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates and processes accreditation report evaluations.
  • Initiates and oversees the completion of reviews, ensuring timely notifications to site visitors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides accurate guidance regarding accreditation processes and statuses to academic programs and the public.
  • Maintains both electronic and physical accreditation files in compliance with retention policies.
  • Coordinates site visits, including scheduling and preparation of materials for site visitors and academic programs.
  • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years of technical experience in a related field: Preferred

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Additionally, all associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with exceptions for medical and religious reasons as applicable.
