POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regulatory Specialist in the Quality Department plays a vital role in supporting the accreditation initiatives of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the accreditation report evaluations, coordinating site assessments, and maintaining comprehensive accreditation documentation. The specialist will also monitor and address any issues that arise, contributing to the continuous improvement of our accreditation processes and educational programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates the accreditation report evaluation process, ensuring timely completion and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintains accurate records of accreditation reviews and site visit schedules, adhering to established timelines.
  • Provides guidance and support regarding accreditation processes to academic programs, students, and the public.
  • Organizes site visits, coordinating with internal and external representatives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepares necessary materials for site visitors and academic programs, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned to support the Quality Department's objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's or Technical Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • A minimum of five years of relevant technical experience: Preferred
