The Quality Engineer will be instrumental in upholding our Quality Management System, spearheading continuous enhancement initiatives, and guaranteeing adherence to ISO9001/AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and authorize technical drawings
  • Serve as a communication bridge among manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance teams
  • Spot opportunities for quality enhancements
  • Design and develop tools, fixtures, and testing protocols
  • Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules
  • Support ISO certification activities
  • Manage non-conformance reports and corrective measures
  • Oversee workflows and product evaluations
  • Establish inspection and assessment methods for manufacturing processes
  • Create and audit quality documentation
  • Assist in product recalls and inspections
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive quality improvements
  • Compile reports and maintain document management systems
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 standards

Compensation:

The salary for this role is $83,100.00 annually.
