POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regulatory Specialist in the Quality Department plays a crucial role in supporting the accreditation program. This position is responsible for managing the accreditation report review process, coordinating site visits, and maintaining comprehensive accreditation program documentation. The specialist will also monitor and address issues to enhance the accreditation program and identify professional development opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and process accreditation report evaluations.
  • Initiate and track reviews to ensure timely completion, providing notifications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate guidance regarding accreditation processes, site visits, and status updates to academic programs and the public.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical accreditation files in compliance with retention policies.
  • Coordinate site visits, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials for site visitors and academic programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the accreditation program.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years of relevant technical experience: Preferred
