Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Establish and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and more.
  • Handle customer policy change requests efficiently.
  • Stay informed about new insurance products and offerings.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes to potential clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Offer ongoing support to insurance clients as necessary.

Qualifications
  • A genuine willingness to learn and adapt, with a resourceful and coachable mindset.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and independent worker.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Must be highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Capability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership qualities.
  • A goal-oriented and driven individual.
