Role Overview:
The eCommerce Sales Associate engages with numerous customers—whether online, via phone, or in person—to assist them in navigating their vehicle purchase within our no-haggle sales environment.

  • Timely response to leads, addressing inquiries, providing information, and effectively guiding customers from initial contact to an in-store experience while ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilizing your exceptional communication and listening skills, you will assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, negotiating terms to align payment options with their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, ultimately closing the sale.

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience both pre- and post-purchase, fostering loyalty through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, and facilitating transitions to the Service department to enhance their ownership experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Motivation to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, preferably in retail
- Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow up with customers
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with technology
- Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record
