As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for creating and presenting insurance sales quotes, handling customer follow-up, and building relationships with warm leads provided by the agency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty Texas License
  • Work in a fast-paced agency office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
  • Cross-sell to established clients needing insurance reviews
  • Prepare new policy quotes daily
  • Present, sell, and close new policies
  • Handle daily alerts, service emails, and calls received at the agency
  • Contact warm leads provided by the agency

Requirements:
  • Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
  • 6 months insurance P&C sales/service experience preferred
  • Ability to cross-sell customers auto, home, umbrella products
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Establish relationships, customer follow-up, and identify needs
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
  • Respond to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Educate customers about insurance options
  • General Lines Life, Accident, Health TX license preferred/not required
