Insurance Sales Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic sales professional who is eager to positively impact the lives of others. As an Insurance Sales Consultant at Alicia Glass-Farmers Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for marketing, selling, and servicing a variety of insurance products to both existing clients and prospective customers. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve established new business production targets.
- Generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.
- Handle customer requests for policy changes efficiently.
- Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends.
- Engage in prospecting and developing new business through leads and referrals.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes to potential clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Offer ongoing support to insurance clients as necessary.
Qualifications
- A genuine willingness to learn and be adaptable, with a resourceful and coachable mindset.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and capable of working independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be highly driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Willingness to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- A goal-oriented and driven individual.
