Key Responsibilities

Contribute to and support the agency's sales objectives, which encompass new business development, cross-selling opportunities, and managing leads provided by the agency.

  • Engage with clients and prospects through calls and visits daily, meeting the expected solicitation volume.
  • Stay informed about new products and initiatives, collaborating with Underwriting for complex policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, focusing on cross-selling additional policies.
  • Achieve production targets and goals set by the agency, ensuring accurate monthly prospecting and sales records.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Preferred college degree, though not mandatory.
  • Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License.
  • Texas General Lines Life, Health & HMO License.
  • Prior experience in an insurance agency is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Farmers is a plus but not essential.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, mathematical abilities, strong analytical skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
