Job Summary: Amazon is seeking a highly experienced Senior Leader, Customer Solutions, AWS Strategic Accounts, Cloud Transformation Expert to lead our customer solutions team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Customer Solutions Team: Lead a team of Customer Solutions Managers in developing and executing customer cloud strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and accelerating customer adoption of AWS services.
- Develop and Execute Customer Cloud Strategies: Collaborate with customers and the AWS account team to develop near, mid, and long-term visions and strategies for customer cloud transformation, and orchestrate cloud adoption experiences that meet customer objectives and expectations.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer engagement skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer business needs and objectives.
- Accelerate Customer Adoption: Accelerate customer adoption of AWS services through education and enablement, and collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize high business impact use cases for AWS service adoption.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Maintain a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, and unlock opportunities for customers by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
- Manage Time and Resources Effectively: Manage time efficiently and align and engage required Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate customer's cloud journey, and make informed decisions to drive customer success and business growth.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion.
- Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
- Technical and Non-Technical Transformation Experience: Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience.
- Cloud Experience: Direct experience implementing cloud services including migrations, modernization projects, and/or data/analytics and AI/ML solutions.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
