About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping Startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS.

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that leverage AWS services, including Amazon Q.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with our internal teams, including product and technical teams, to create solutions that solve customer problems. Additionally, you will guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your domains.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about cloud computing and has a strong background in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance, as well as experience with AWS services, including Amazon Q. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

We work backwards from our customer's most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.
