About the Role

Tanium is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our team. As a Customer Success Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior team members to support customer value realization and drive desired results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success: Collaborate with an account team of Sales, Solution Engineers, Domain Architects, and more to ensure successful business outcomes for customers that lead to world-class retention and expansion for Tanium.
  • Endpoint Management and Security: Work with senior team members to understand the unique complexity and segmentation of the customers Tanium serves and create the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
  • Project Management: Identify where Tanium can be further integrated into customer business processes and controls to increase ROI and expand into new solution areas.
  • Executive Business Reviews: Support strategically focused Executive Business Reviews, alongside Sales, Solution Engineers, and wider account team members.
  • Relationship Building: Work with senior team members to build, manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers and partners.
  • Training and Development: Undergo detailed training in the Tanium platform with the opportunity to become Tanium certified.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with your mentor and other interns to achieve common goals.
  • Project Ownership: Own a project designed to support our Customer Success efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales and Presentation Skills: Train in top-quality customer-facing sales and presentation skills.
  • Shadowing: Shadow our full-time Customer Success Managers in their day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
  • Availability: Available to work full-time.
  • Education: Currently enrolled Bachelor's degree candidate, ideally with a 3.5+ GPA.
  • Graduation: Graduating Spring 2026 or Fall 2025.
  • Skills: Able to demonstrate consulting and project management skills, working knowledge of endpoint technology, critical thinking skills, and skilled at written and verbal communication.
  • Teamwork: Naturally team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
  • Learning: Excited to learn new technology.
