Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the operations team to refine processes and boost sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize tools and systems, including automation solutions and various sales support technologies.
- Design and execute sales workflows, processes, and best practices to elevate performance across the sales division.
- Compile and assess sales data and metrics to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
Required Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Robust analytical capabilities with proficiency in data interpretation and report generation.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, capable of working across different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive Base Salary ranging from 65K to 80K, depending on experience.
- Initial engagement as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
