Position Overview: This role is situated within the Marketing department of Lyons Magnus, an internationally recognized food and beverage manufacturer. The primary focus is to effectively assist in the development, coordination, and execution of the company's strategic marketing initiatives.

Compensation: $ - $ / hour

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or as required

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Employment Type: In-office full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product orders from the warehouse, including photography and necessary editing.
  • Process requests for samples, promotional materials, and brochures, ensuring timely shipping.
  • Source competitive products for the product development team and project managers, which may involve off-site travel.
  • Create and maintain various documentation, data sheets, and special requests.
  • Assist with updates and entries related to product data on the GDSN platform.
  • Oversee inventory of promotional materials and maintain organized merchandise storage areas.
  • Prepare materials and supplies for trade exhibitions.
  • Support ad hoc marketing projects related to sales initiatives.
  • Provide assistance during product presentations and cuttings for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the product development team on sensory evaluations and supply logistics.
  • Act as a versatile resource for marketing and sales teams on urgent projects.
  • Help set up meeting and luncheon spaces.
  • Submit monthly expense reconciliation reports through Concur.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with basic photo editing software is advantageous; training may be available for those without experience.
  • Preferred educational background includes coursework in Marketing, Business, or Public Relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks as necessary.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor is essential at all times.
  • Capability to routinely handle objects weighing between 30-50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for errands as required.
