The Service Supervisor will oversee the Sales Service team, responsible for managing customer relationships, handling contract renewals, and increasing internal sales. This role will also involve maintaining an efficient route structure and ensuring driver compliance.

  • Lead and develop the team through coaching and on-the-job training
  • Support the Service Manager in overseeing key service department areas, including customer relationships and internal sales
  • Maintain an efficient route structure and ensure driver compliance
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Work Schedule:

The Service Supervisor will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with hours from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This will involve spending Monday and Friday in the office on administrative tasks and Tuesdays to Thursdays in the field with the team.

Requirements:

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success in leading and developing teams.
