Job Overview

Position Summary

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to efficiently manage and schedule all installation projects from initial customer engagement to contract completion.
  • Conduct introductory calls with each client within 48 hours of booking to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to confirm readiness of the installation site, including construction status, equipment availability, network access, and necessary personnel presence.
  • Organize and schedule technicians and subcontractors using specialized scheduling software to guarantee timely completion of each installation project, including initial setup meetings and subsequent visits.
  • Prepare comprehensive job packets containing all essential details and required documentation for installers prior to project commencement.
  • Monitor and confirm the punctual delivery of all materials necessary for successful installations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Installation Backlog Tool to keep all relevant parties updated on the progress from booking through to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols by authenticating and processing all required documentation in line with company policies.
  • Facilitate the closure of each installation project, either directly or through coordination with various departments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Effectively communicate with customers, both internal and external, through various channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and National Account teams to address any installation-related issues.
  • Work alongside installers, subcontractors, installation managers, and material handlers.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding the shipment of materials.

Desired Attributes

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Professional communication skills in a business context.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
