Job Summary

The Agency Coordinator is a key role within Combined Insurance, responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition in a specific geographic area. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers and meet with current customers to sell Insurance products, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals consistently.
  • Identify and appoint new independent agents, supporting them in sales calls, presentations, and business setup.
  • Conduct sales presentations, leveraging knowledge of Company products and sales materials to effectively demonstrate the sales process.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to agents, facilitating training and development to ensure sales success.
  • Meet with assigned agents for guidance and field training, as well as small meetings with agents to discuss sales strategies and goals.

Requirements

  • Successful and stable work history.
  • Minimum of 1-year coaching/leading work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team through work experience or personal motivation, strong ethics, and a desire to see others succeed.
  • Minimum of 6 months with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals to be appointed.
  • Previous coaching and development experience is a plus.
  • Ability to use technology at an intermediate level.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required, College degree preferred.
  • Obtaining a Life, Accident, and Health license is required prior to being appointed.
