About the Role
As a key member of our sales team at Canon Solutions America, you will be responsible for selling our hardware and software technology-based solutions to major accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to penetrate new accounts and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Identify customer requirements, competitive trends, and changing environments to inform sales approaches.
- Develop strategic plans to address customer needs on a local basis, including short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide marketing, technical, and administrative support to internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop plans to introduce and place Canon technology, service, software, and 3rd party solutions to address customer requirements.
- Establish high-level relationships with customers to enhance long-term working partnerships.
- Gain new market share through strategic prospecting and meeting customer requirements efficiently.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in office technology and business-to-business sales. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related experience. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Recent experience in office technology, business-to-business, and outside sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships with various businesses.
- Interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary for occasional travel within the local market.
